About the Founder

Dr Leroy Logan brings 30 years of distinguished service in the Metropolitan Police Service (1983–2013), culminating in his coordination role in the national safety and security for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. He also contributed to the post‑Games legacy security report for the UK government. He holds an MBE and an Honorary Doctorate from the University of East London, for his decades of public service.
Beyond policing, he has founded his consultancy REALLITY Security Solutions (RSS) and continues to support community safety and social justice initiatives.
